Grimes School continues to collaborate with Mike's Tire & Auto Repair Shop in Mount Vernon, as they recently received a donation from the autobody shop towards books and supplies. Congratulations to Amin Shabazz and Jaxon Reilly for being selected as Students of the Month at Grimes School! Amin, who was recognized as  Student of the Month for October, has shown tremendous growth and improvement, demonstrating dedication and excellence across all core subjects. Jaxon, who was recognized as Student of the Month for September, consistently demonstrates outstanding effort, a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Grimes School hosts Welcome to Fall Extravaganza

Grimes School inaugural “Welcome to Fall Extravaganza” was an unforgettable success and a vibrant celebration of the season! With colorful decorations, festive displays, and activity stations throughout the room, the space radiated autumn joy.

Students at Grimes create spooky stories leading up to Halloween

Students in Kimberly Slone's fourth grade class at Grimes School spent the week leading up to Halloween writing their own spooky stories. They began by writing out their ideas and used green paper to create a greenscreen background. Students then recorded themselves telling their stories on their iPads.
